Information for patients attending the clinic for the first time

Please inform the Podiatrist about the following:

1. The name of your g.p.
2. If you are taking any medication
3. If you have any of the following conditions:
    

• Diabetes
• Circulatory or heart problems
• Osteo or Rheumatoid Arthritis
• Any long term illnesses
• Any contagious diseases

This information is extremely important and will remain confidential with the podiatrist.

Tips For Feet

Cut nails straight across and file edges never use corn paste or try to cut skin

After bathing, dry feet thoroughly and give special attention in between the toes

Always contact the clinic if you have any cause for concern
